Article Processing Charge

The Journal of Cyber-Physical-Social Intelligence (JCPSI) is an open-access journal. To support editorial management, peer review administration, production, online hosting, metadata services, and long-term operation of the journal platform, JCPSI charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) only for accepted manuscripts.

The standard APC for an accepted article is USD 1,980. The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication and before final publication. Payment of the APC has no influence on editorial screening, peer review, reviewer selection, editorial decisions, or acceptance of a manuscript.

No Submission or Review Fees

JCPSI does not charge submission fees, editorial review fees, page charges, color charges, or other mandatory author fees in addition to the APC stated above.

Waivers and Discounts

JCPSI may consider APC waiver or discount requests on a case-by-case basis, including requests from authors without dedicated publication funding, authors from low- and middle-income countries, early-career researchers, invited special-session contributions, or authors facing exceptional financial circumstances. Waiver or discount requests should be sent to the editorial office before final acceptance or as early as possible during the editorial process. Requests are handled independently from peer review and do not affect editorial decisions.

Payment and Invoices

APCs are payable in US dollars (USD). JCPSI currently supports payment by credit card or PayPal. Only official invoices issued by JCPSI or the Association of Global Intelligent Science and Technology (AGIST) are valid. JCPSI does not authorize third parties to collect APC payments on behalf of the journal.
